Return & Replacement Policy for Buyers
We have 3 days return policy; you can return or replace product within 3 days from received date.
Return / Replace ordered Product:
You can return ordered product in following cases, If:
- Product is not same as shown in website. For example, Incorrect Color / Size
- Product is not original
- Product is used or not new.
- Any Item is missing from Product Set
You cannot return/replace in following cases
- Label, Price Tags, Barcode Stickers are Broken or Tampered
- If the product or part of the product is used by you.
- If the product is broken because of you.
How to return / replace Products:
To return or replace a product, Send an email within 3 days to email@example.com with following details:
- Order Id (You can find order id in order email or sms or from your account)
- Mention Return or Replacement
- Your Name and contact details
- Product Name If there are Multiple items in order.
- Reason for return or replacement
